FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How should I send in a picture?
Pictures preferably should be in the jpg format though I can convert them for you. If you save the picture
as a jpg before you send it in it's better to use low compression/high resolution settings. Your picture will
2. How much is my bike worth?
There is no set price for what a bike is worth. Your bike is worth whatever people are currently willing to
pay for your type of bike. Keep checking Ebay and see what your kind of bike ends up selling for. That
should give you a good idea of what you could get for yours. If you decide to sell yours then your starting
bid should be the least amount you are willing to take for it.
3. Do you have any Hutch stuff for sale?
and ask around there. There's loads of people there and someone is bound to have what you need or at
least know where you can get it.
4. Do you want to buy my Hutch?
No. I don't really collect bikes. I would if I could but there's no room for them where I live. I'm cramped as
it is. I have a complete Haro Master and a Hutch Trick Star frame both laying in my living room. Not much
room for anything else.
5. Where can I find a Hutch cruiser?
There is one at Alan's Old School BMX. I personally don't have any Hutch stuff for sale (frames or parts).
6. Is this web site owned by Hutch?
No. I'm just some weirdo who thought it would be cool to build this thing. I own this site but I do not own
the company name.
7. MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL!!!
Please, do not ever, under any circumstances, save my e-mail address in your e-mail program's address
book. I really hate getting viruses. If you need to save my address for any reason, please, do the same
thing I do. Write it down on a piece of paper. Using e-mail address books is how viruses wreak havoc on others.
I'm not trying to sound mean, angry or whatever. Just wanted to clarify a few things first! :)
Due to spammers and viruses the e-mail addresses below contain
bogus letters. Please remove the XXX from the address before you
send the e-mail or I won't get it.
I'd like to appologise to everyone who sent e-mail asking questions that I haven't responded to.
I've been very busy lately and don't have enough time to run the site like I used to. I am not
abandoning the website. I will still add pictures and info anyone sends me when I get the chance.
I get a lot of questions and I try to answer as many as I can. If you have any questions about your Hutch you'll probably find an answer quicker by asking at www.vintagebmx.com. There are alot of people there and someone is bound to know what you need. Once again, sorry I haven't responded to everybody. I just don't have as much time anymore. If you have any new pictures or team member info I will gladly accept it. Just e-mail it and I will post it when I get a chance to do so.
